Plants are low maintenance and add a nice decorative touch to any environment.

Deep breathing has been a common technique to reducing stress. When someone is nervous or excited, it is common to tell them to “calm down and take deep breathes.” Taking deep breaths allows for more oxygen to be absorbed into the body. A simple way to reduce stress in your lives is to chew your foods. I know how this can sound simple but in all honestly, I am being serious. Most people do not chew their food well enough. We simple chew our food enough so that we can swallow and we bury it. By chewing our foods well, we give it more surface area to digest. This reduces stress on our digestive system and gives us more energy. We spend a lot of energy digesting foods. If we can reduce that energy from the start, it can greatly reduce the physical stress we put on our bodies. It will also give us more energy. A nice side effect.

These are some very simple steps anyone can take to reduce stress in their daily lives. These steps are very basic and you can start anytime. Stress affects us all. By understanding the cause of stress, we can move to prevent it. This is a very simple how-to and I might expand on it in the future. I hope by reading this, you have reduced your stress.
